announce: FREELOAD, Thursday, May 29th 6pm at the Fans of Film
Cinema Cafe, 504 Yale Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM. Director and Co-

In the summer of 2011, armed with HD cameras and audio recorders,
director Daniel Skaggs hopped a freight train out of Missoula, Montana.
As a partner in Highway Goat Productions, he raised $14,000 through
crowd funding websites, IndieGoGo and Kickstarter. FREELOAD has
screened at six film festivals including Big Sky Documentary Film Festival,
Independent Film Festival of Boston, and Queens World Film Festival
where we won Best Feature Documentary.
FREELOAD is a portrait of the modern train-riding culture. This movie
follows Blackbird, a lost teenager searching for the answers to life.
Ponyboy and Rachel, the young lovers, attempt to settle down in Texas,
but the freedom of the road lure them back. Brothers Skrappe and
Christmas - separated most of their lives - try to rekindle their distant
